Usage Rates
On top of the base subscription, you pay only for the AI work you actually do: video processing and chat queries. Both are metered to the unit.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends: your first charge is $149 / month for your first knowledge base at day 14, unless you cancel before then from the billing page. Trial accounts run with reduced usage limits that lift automatically when your subscription starts. After that it's month-to-month with no minimum term. Prefer a guided look first? Book a demo.
How are users priced?
They aren't. The $149 platform fee covers unlimited internal users on each knowledge base (admins, editors, and standard learners), and unlimited end-customers chatting with your customer-facing widget. We don't charge per seat or per visitor.
Why pay per knowledge base?
Each knowledge base is its own content scope and its own AI assistant. Your internal training never leaks into a customer-facing widget, and a customer-facing knowledge base has its own brand, allowed domains, and analytics. Pricing scales with the number of distinct deployments rather than punishing growth in users or content.
Can one organization run multiple knowledge bases?
Yes. A common setup is one internal employee training base + one customer-facing chat widget = $248 / month plus usage ($149 for the first knowledge base + $99 for the second). Multi-brand companies often run a separate customer-facing knowledge base per product line, which lets each have its own branding, allowed domains, and analytics.
What counts as a "chat query"?
Each user-submitted question that the assistant answers from your content. Follow-up questions in the same conversation each count as one query. Internal admin/preview queries are free. Queries from a customer-facing widget count toward the same usage meter as internal queries.
What if I exceed my free hosted-minutes allowance?
You'll be billed $0.003 per minute per month for hosted training video beyond the first 1,000 minutes. Most orgs never get there; if you do, the rate is small.
Is my training content kept private?
Yes. Each organization's content, embeddings, and chat history are scoped to that organization. We do not cross-train across customers, and no other tenant can query your content.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription is month-to-month with no minimum term. If you cancel, your content is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
