Before You Start A Trial

Will it make things up?
No. The assistant retrieves from your content only and tells the user when a question isn't covered. Every answer links back to the module, document, or video it came from.
Is my content used to train outside AI models?
No. Content, embeddings, and chat history stay scoped to your organization, and the AI providers we use exclude API inputs and outputs from training. The data privacy page has the full breakdown.
Why do you need a card for the free trial?
The 14-day free trial turns into a paid subscription on day 14 unless you cancel first. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime from the billing page. The pricing page spells out every rate.
Does it work inside Salesforce or Microsoft Teams?
Yes. The assistant loads anywhere a web page loads, including Salesforce, a Microsoft Teams tab, your intranet, and your own website. There is no integration project, just one script tag.
